At Alcorav, we are committed to delivering your luxury handbags—including Totes, Crossbody bags, and Clutches—in a timely and transparent manner. This policy outlines our procedures to ensure your new accessory arrives safely at your doorstep.

1. Processing & Handling Time

All handbag orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days. During this period, our warehouse team performs a final quality check on your bag's leather, hardware, and stitching before carefully packaging it in protective dust bags and boxes.

*Orders placed after 7:00 PM EST or on weekends will begin processing the following Monday.

We offer a transparent $7.00 Flat Rate for all domestic orders. We partner with reliable carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure secure delivery of your luxury items.

4. Tracking & Accuracy

Once your handbag is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking link. Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate at checkout. Alcorav is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Damaged or Lost Items

If your handbag arrives damaged, please contact us at support@alcorav.com within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the item. For lost packages (not marked as delivered), please notify us within 14 days.
