2. How to Pay With PayPal

Completing a purchase with PayPal is designed to be straightforward. After selecting your products and proceeding through checkout, follow the payment instructions presented during the checkout process.

1. Add your desired products to your shopping cart.
2. Proceed to checkout and review your order details.
3. Confirm your shipping and contact information.
4. Select PayPal as the available payment method.
5. Continue to the PayPal payment environment when prompted.
6. Sign in to your PayPal account or use the payment options presented by PayPal, where available.
7. Review the transaction amount and authorize the payment.
8. Return to the Alcorav order confirmation process after the payment is completed.

3. Payment Authorization

When you submit a payment, PayPal may perform checks to determine whether the transaction can be authorized. Payment authorization may depend on factors such as your PayPal account status, available funding, security checks, transaction information, and other conditions determined by PayPal.

Alcorav does not guarantee that every payment attempt will be approved. If a payment is declined, canceled, reversed, or otherwise unsuccessful, you may need to use an available alternative option provided through PayPal or contact PayPal directly for assistance.

4. Order Confirmation

After a successful checkout, Alcorav may send an order confirmation to the email address associated with your order. The confirmation provides information about the submitted order and does not change the payment terms applicable to the transaction.

If you do not receive an order confirmation, please check your email's spam or promotional folders before contacting our support team.

If your payment was completed but you are unsure whether your order was successfully submitted, please contact Alcorav before placing another order. This can help reduce the possibility of unintentionally submitting duplicate orders.

5. Payment Security

Payment transactions are processed through the applicable PayPal payment environment. When you complete a payment through PayPal, payment information may be collected and processed by PayPal according to its own terms, privacy practices, and security procedures.

Alcorav does not require customers to send complete payment card details by email or through customer support channels. For your security, do not send passwords, payment card numbers, security codes, or other sensitive payment credentials to Alcorav through email.

6. Currency and Order Total

Product prices and applicable order charges are displayed during the shopping and checkout process. Before completing your purchase, review the final order summary carefully to confirm the products, quantities, shipping charges, and total amount.

The final amount presented at checkout is the amount associated with the submitted order, subject to any applicable payment processing or currency conversion arrangements made by your payment provider.

If your PayPal account uses a currency different from the currency displayed at checkout, PayPal or another applicable financial institution may apply its own currency conversion process or exchange rate.

7. Shipping Charges

Alcorav currently offers a flat-rate shipping charge of $6.99 for eligible orders. Any applicable shipping charge will be displayed as part of the order total before you complete payment.

8. Payment Problems

If your payment does not complete successfully, first review the payment information and any instructions displayed by PayPal. You may also check whether your PayPal account has any restrictions or whether additional verification is required.

If the issue continues, PayPal may be able to provide information about the reason for a declined or unsuccessful transaction. Because payment authorization takes place through PayPal, some payment issues can only be resolved directly with PayPal.

If you believe your payment was completed but your Alcorav order has not been confirmed, contact our support team with the relevant order or transaction information.

9. Duplicate Payments or Orders

If you believe that you have accidentally submitted multiple payments or duplicate orders, please contact Alcorav as soon as possible.

We will review the order information and determine whether any duplicate order can still be canceled before fulfillment. Once an order has entered processing or shipment, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.

If a refund is approved, the applicable amount will be returned according to the payment and refund procedures associated with the original transaction.

10. Refunds

When a refund is approved under our Return & Refund Policy or another applicable order resolution, the refund is generally processed through the original payment method.

Alcorav's standard refund processing period is up to 12 days after the refund has been approved and initiated. The time required for the funds to appear in your account may also depend on PayPal and your financial institution.

Alcorav does not charge a refund processing fee or restocking fee for eligible returns.

11. Payment Information and Privacy

Information associated with your purchase may be handled in accordance with the Alcorav Privacy Policy. Certain payment information is processed by PayPal and may therefore be subject to PayPal's own privacy policy and terms.

We recommend reviewing the applicable privacy information provided by PayPal so that you understand how payment-related information is collected, processed, stored, and protected by that service.

12. Payment Disputes

If you have a question about a charge, order amount, refund, or payment status, please contact Alcorav customer support first whenever possible. Providing your order number and a description of the issue can help us investigate the matter more efficiently.

If a payment dispute is submitted through PayPal, the transaction may also be subject to PayPal's dispute resolution procedures, terms, and requirements.

13. Fraud Prevention

Alcorav may review orders and transactions for signs of unauthorized activity, fraud, or other payment-related risks. Orders may be subject to verification before fulfillment where reasonably necessary to protect customers and the business.

If additional information or verification is required, we may contact you using the contact details provided with your order. We may also cancel or decline an order when a transaction cannot be reasonably verified or processed.

14. Payment Method Availability

At this time, PayPal is the only payment method offered by Alcorav. We may add, remove, or modify payment options in the future as our store and payment services change.

Any payment methods that become available in the future will be displayed through the applicable checkout experience or communicated through the relevant Alcorav website information.
