Standard shipping is available at a flat rate of $6.99 unless another applicable shipping amount is displayed during checkout.

Orders are generally processed according to our 5:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday order cut-off schedule. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery appointments and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, transportation issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

13. Returns & Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 60 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Alcorav does not charge a return processing fee or restocking fee for eligible returns. Approved refunds are processed within the stated refund timeframe after the returned item has been received, reviewed, and approved.
